Both dermabrasion and microdermabrasion dermatology treatments must be performed by a qualified, experienced professional dermatologist in the office of a board-certified dermatologist. These treatments require specialized, sterile equipment. Treatments take about 15-30 minutes and range in price from $50-$100 for microdermabrasion and $100-$300 for dermabrasion.
